Chartwell is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents in Malaysia.. Since 1973, we have been providing professional valuation and estate agency services to a broad clientele ranging from major institutions to local businesses. Today, the once modest firm has grown and expanded into a multi-disciplinary real estate services company with specialized expertise in property management, corporate real estate advisory, and development consultancy and retail property services.
