Alorie Hospitality Sdn Bhd was first established in Sabah in year 2011 with the aim to deliver unseen standards of hospitality in today’s Asian markets.
Our Founder, Mr Jean Marc Lafosse is a seasoned professional in hotel management, hospitality and real estate management within the Asia Pacific region. He has managed groups of hotels such as Sunway Hotel Group in Malaysia, Park Royal Group of Hotels in Singapore, and the Centera Group of Hotels and Resorts in Thailand, leading the expansion of these groups of hotels for the last thirty years with vast knowledge in managing multicultural work environments. The French Government has awarded Mr Lafosse with the Silver Medal of Tourism in 1999.
We are a highly flexible team of Hotel Management specialists able to tailor hotel management solutions specifically to the needs of the modern-day hotel developer and owner. We are committed to remaining at the forefront in hospitality industry creativity.
We constantly seek ways to provide training and education to our staff, to better equip them with the relevant skills so they can continuously perform at their level best and serve with pride.
The Word Alorie means “ethical” in Sanskrit. This is the underlying principle of our operations, practicing such values as fairness, equality, learning, growth, creativity and originality.
As part of our technical services and pre-opening support services, we work closely with the Project Manager, Architect, Consultants, Designers and project team in every aspect of creating a precise pre-opening workflow to the opening phase.
Hospitality led residential or “Leaseback” is a concept used for hospitality projects, which offers developers an opportunity to share the financing of the property and villa or hotel room/suite, giving buyers the opportunity to earn income by placing their units in a rental management program.
Alorie provides a suite of brands from budget to luxury business hotels as well as high-end resorts, we offer the pre-opening set up services and Standard Operating Procedures – often the most difficult phase of establishing a hotel.
Alorie seeks out unique concepts, designs and settings to highlight the experience – avoiding the appearance of “gimmicks” – by ensuring that taste, quality and value are absolutes. Thus, whether it’s underwater, a tree house or a spectacular rooftop vista, Alorie ensures customers leave with a memorable experience and the outlet contributes to the bottom line.
Alorie applies sustainable environment policies – which are an integral part of our corporate values – in the area of hotel/ residence design, construction and operations. All of this fall within economic viability and cost efficiency.
We work hand-in-hand with our client starting from the very initial conceptualization stage and provide the following:
Properties can be accessed through all major systems, including Apollo, Sabre, and Amadeus. Our long experience in the Asian markets has fostered a close and healthy relationship with travel agents and tour operators.
Alorie works closely with our owners by understanding their vision and matching it with a brand product to create a synergy that showcases the brand values and Brand DNA.
Our team uses Public Relations to convey information about services and products to potential customers, crafting the hotel’s public image and legacy.
Hotel rooms are 100% perishable and hence revenue management combined with e-commerce/marketing is crucial to increase and maximize top line revenue in our hotels. We have the experience to determine the right solution on a property-by-property basis instead of a “one size fits all” method.
Alorie on behalf of hotel owners develops sales strategies for electronic distribution and visibility with the right mix to generate and optimize revenue results.
Alorie provides seamless, fully integrated solutions linking social media marketing with what the hotel offering – allowing greater visibility and easy reach. With increasing usage of social networking tools and e-Travel portals like Trip Advisor, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
